About me

Under my current position as Support Engineer, I have the opportunity to learn and utilize web Technologies languages like Javascript in order to work on daily tasks and assignments. On a daily basis, I am responsible to query our large and complex database systems to produce reports and analyze them. I am also responsible for monitoring our AWS S3 and EC2 instances four our multiple servers across the globe. I was able to reduce by over 25% the number of deep support issues submitted by our customers which involved a lot troubleshooting and debugging the webclient.

Additonally, I have previously volunteered to work as Research assitant in my graduate school CS department's autonomous technologies lab where my main task is to develop applications for the wireless networked autonomous mobile robot with HAWK animated head system (sputnik3)-- under supervision of Dr. Darsana Josyula.
